Clients with active maintenance agreements may receive ongoing support, routine updates, and assistance with minor website-related tasks.
Major redesigns, large-scale development projects, content migration, or substantial technical work may require additional charges.
Clients without an active maintenance agreement may be billed on a per-project or hourly basis.
For website or server recovery projects, corrections directly related to the original issue will be provided at no additional charge for up to 30 days following completion of the recovery service.
